This has been fixed recently at https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=495293 . As it was an important bug fix, it made our RC4 candidate.

The problem seems to happen due to an image that has an empty list of repository tags as opposed to the standard ["<none>:<none>"] in cases where none exist.
