OK, then we need to either:
* remove JBTIS and JBDSIS from Red Hat Central for 4.4.0.Final / 10.0.0.GA, or
* add org.eclipse.core.runtime.compatibility into the JBTIS/JBDSIS 4.3.x / 9.1.x sites, so that we can install Teiid Designer into 4.4.0 / 10.0.0, or
* put org.eclipse.core.runtime.compatibility back into the JBT/devstudio 4.60.0.Final-SNAPSHOT target platforms. We're respinning them anyway next week to move to RC4, so I could add the missing IU back at that time.
