Turns out they just went into another folder:

https://devstudio.redhat.com/10.0/staging/updates/central/
https://devstudio.redhat.com/10.0/staging/updates/earlyaccess/

So, I've updated the index.html page that links to them and the release guide. Nothing more to do.
