[~nickboldt], AFAICS we (integration tests) are using tycho 0.25 via parent pom:
https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-build/blob/jbosstools-4.4.0.x/parent/pom.xml#L27

So there's nothing to be done. Closing.
