PM approval was here: https://trello.com/c/Cbo0q8TT/99-rebrand-jbds-as-rhds-using-rhd-logo which AFAIU came down from Tim, Todd, Pete, Max, Alexey, etc. 

If this is a blocker for release we need a new icon set ASAP or I need to revert to the JBDS 9.1 "redball" icons, also ASAP.

Deadline for respin-a is Thursday night - tomorrow.
