So, I've created these files:

https://devstudio.redhat.com/10.0/snapshots/updates/earlyaccess.properties/4.4.neon/devstudio-earlyaccess.properties

and http://jenkins.mw.lab.eng.bos.redhat.com/hudson/view/DevStudio/view/DevStudio_Master/job/jbosstools-discovery_4.4.neon/3/console is blue.
