    Steps to Reproduce: 
1.Connect openshift with JBT
2.Create app from the local template in attachment
3.Give required value "123" to parameter "xiazhao_checkfail" inside new-app wizard
4.Click on the "Next>" button

  was:
1.Update JBT from http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/neon/snapshots/updates/core/master/
2.After the installation completed successfully, check Help->Installation Details: 
 JBoss OpenShift 3 Tools        3.2.0.Alpha1-v20160509-1836-B1291        org.jboss.tools.openshift.feature.feature.group        JBoss by Red Hat
3.Go to OpenShift Explorer, run the New Connection Wizard

Actual Result:
Menuitem 'OpenShift 3' is missing on drop down menu 'Server Type', only  'OpenShift 2' exist

Expected Result:
menuitem 'OpenShift 3' should exist
