Closed as obsolete. In JBDS-IS 9.0.0.GA, BPMN2 examples are available only after unchecking 'Group items by category'. 'Example Runtime Extensions Feature' is not available anymore. There is only 'jBPM Runtiem Extension Feature' which is ok.
