ProjectDeletionDialogTitle constant was removed from OpenShiftUIMessages.properties (replaced by ProjectDeletionConfirmationN) but it remains in NLS class OpenShiftUIMessages. In DeleteResourceHandler, dialog title now is always OpenShiftUIMessages.ResourceDeletionDialogTitle. 
Can we for the case when user selected just one project, restore in title ProjectDeletionDialogTitle?
