ASSERT: create a local Wildfly server
ASSERT: create a remote (filesystem and shell operations controlled) using the same runtime and will local path
EXEC: start the remote server
ASSERT: the remote server won't start, the following lines are displayed in the console:

'cmd' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file
