[~jcantrill] the current loading gets the imageRef for a given service in an intermediary step. As [~scabanovich] pointed out in a prior comment that's the least we need to then get over to your ImageStreamImport we could then use to get the full json and (hopefully) extract the required labels (with the deployment directory and fallbacks like working directory etc).
