Hi, I have the same issue with Eclipse 4.5.1 and JBoss Tools 4.3.0.Final on Windows 7 as well as Windows 10. Unfortunately, the Microsoft link provided by [~mmalina] does not work any more. What changes did you apply to the permissions to make this work?

I tried to monitor the file access with Sysinternals Process Monitor but I could not detect any file access error when the exception occurred inside Eclipse. So I was thinking maybe I am facing a different issue here?
