The issue can't be reproduced after applying the fix for https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=478962
It has been applied only to Neon.
It would also be good to apply the fix for https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=354842 (https://git.eclipse.org/r/60027) that fixes a potential UI freeze in all SWT ports.
