I can't see the screenshot / console log to which you refer. Can you attach it?

which is a different failure when installing devstudio onto eclipse_downloads_drops4_S-4.6M5-201601282000_eclipse-platform-4.6M5-linux-gtk.tar.gz 

That error is usually the result of network glitches or the discovery site being updated during an install test run. Naginator respin fixes that.
