Hi Handy, could you please provide url from which have downloaded the archive? The correct one should be
https://devstudio.redhat.com/9.0/development/updates/integration-stack/devstudio-integration-stack-9.0.0.Beta1-earlyaccess.zip

Could you also check the MD5 hash sum, please? It should be ee12ba3e04674a0e10af8582e1daa30e

I'm able to install anything from the archive into JBDS 9.1.0.Beta2 even if I'm offline.
