Unfortunately, this is not a recommended way to mix project archives (JBT / JBTIS) with products (JBDS / JBDS-IS).

So, if you use JBDS then you have to install JBDS-IS. JBTIS assumes that you install it into Eclipse IDE where the needed site (the one you set as workaround) is available by default.
