Viacheslav Kabanovich commented on JBIDE-21877:
-----------------------------------------------

It turns out that this issue will take place only in environments where org.eclipse.epp.internal.mpc.core.util.ProxyHelper$ProxyAuthenticator was set as the default authenticator. There are a lot of other authenticators that work fine with the other code. And probably it is not easy to protect against any unknown implementation of authenticator that can be set.
