[~ldimaggio], but AFAIK IE also exists - http://www.windowscentral.com/how-find-internet-explorer-windows-10-if-you-really-need-it
I'm not 100 % sure about Windows 10,  but for previous versions IE was used as a default render     for SWT.NONE
