There are no 'released' components (yet) in the Mars IS.  I've commented out the parent composite reference

http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/mars/development/updates/compositeArtifacts.xml

 to 

http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/static/mars/development/updates/integration-stack

since there is no update site there yet.
