List of deps to prefetch (everything but Vagrant and Virtualbox):

* cygwin 
* CDK (all 5 files)
* JDK (Azul for now; might be OpenJDK later)
* JBDS (currently using latest 9.1.0 build but will need to change to JBDS 10)
