Proposed commit to decouple URLs from the main.js into a new json file:

We can then reuse (most) of the URLs like this:
https://github.com/redhat-developer-tooling/developer-platform-install/pull/41/commits/bc720b82f8b880c55a3184a9393f71e704257d6f

However, this download task fails silently for the github zip (auth needed?) and for the VPN-only URLs.

It also only downloads the index page on https://ci.openshift.redhat.com/jenkins/job/devenv_ami/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/origin/artifacts/release/ but we need the openshift-origin-client-tools-*-windows.zip instead so we need a special handler here (or the jenkins job needs to create a "latest.zip" so the URL doesn't change w/ every build.
