Built like this:

1. fire up git shell
2. {code} cd C:\Users\nboldt\Documents\GitHub\developer-platform-install
git co https://github.com/redhat-developer-tooling/developer-platform-install/pull/48
gulp generate 
gulp prefetch # takes 55 mins!
gulp 7zipsfx-adv
{code}

Result is a 1.6G folder and an exe here:

* C:\Users\nboldt\Documents\GitHub\developer-platform-install\dist\win\DeveloperPlatformInstaller-win32-x64\
* C:\Users\nboldt\Documents\GitHub\developer-platform-install\dist\win\DeveloperPlatformInstaller-win32-x64.exe

Then you can install it and get this (only takes about 6 mins because everything is already on disk):
