The install log is showing this:

In trying to run the downloaded virtualbox.exe binary, I am seeing this:

C:\Users\jbossqa\AppData\Local\Temp>C:\Users\jbossqa\AppData\Local\Temp\virtualbox.exe --extract,-path,C:\Users\jbossqa\AppData\Local\Temp
This version of C:\Users\jbossqa\AppData\Local\Temp\virtualbox.exe is not compatible with the version of Windows you're running. Check your computer's system information and then contact the software publisher.

An error dialog indicates that virtualbox.exe is not compatible with Windows10 - which is the version of Windows that I am running.

The filesize for the virtualbox.exe that the installer downloaded is:  167,026,688 virtualbox.exe

The filesize for the virtualbox binary that the installer's requirements.json file points to (developers.redhat.com/redirect/to/virtualbox-5.0.8.download) is:   117,095,112 VirtualBox-5.0.8-103449-Win.exe

Summary - The installer is downloading the WRONG virtualbox binary.
