It appears there's a Docker Tools 2.0 in Neon M5 and no one ([~xcoulon] [~jjohnstn]) told me in JBIDE-21861, so I've been waiting for an announcement that there's new Docker Tooling 2.0 to include.

But as Neon M6 is out tomorrow, I suppose we can bump to that one and get even newer Docker Tools.
