Dev Platform installer bundle is 1.6G; unpacked and installed it's more than 1.7G. So that's 3.3GB right there, before you've even started up JBDS. Probably want to say minimum 5G, recommended 10G. Lots of breathing room that way, and if the user needs to install any part of the dev platform again they'll need some space to do so.

Would also suggest we bump the RAM suggestions to minimum 8GB, recommended 16GB.
