WHERE does work, but not inside the installer:

C:\Users\fbricon>C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe /s /c "where virtualbox"
Information : impossible de trouver des fichiers pour le(s) modèle(s) spécifié(s).

C:\Users\fbricon>where virtualbox
Information : impossible de trouver des fichiers pour le(s) modèle(s) spécifié(s).

C:\Users\fbricon>where git
C:\Program Files\Git\cmd\git.exe

C:\Users\fbricon>C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe /s /c "where where"
C:\Windows\System32\where.exe
