[~tmancini] just to clarify about "d" - the container tools (openshift) are part of JBoss Tools. JBoss Tools is the name of the community project we have for eclipse plugins not at eclipse.org. They are not limited to JBoss. So unless we change that there is no concept of installing without JBT. 

Just so  we are clear that JBT != just stuff for JBoss :)
