All my work is on this branch https://github.com/ppitonak/developer-platform-install/tree/jspm_removed2

It contains few unrelated commits but still... you can see from commits that removing JSPM and making app work is super easy, generating code coverage for unit tests is super easy.

What I cannot make work are tests for Angular directives (npm run browser-test).
