It's not really a bug in mylyn-asciidoc, it's a choice made by Mylyn to immediatly bump version of dependencies from mylyn-extras to mylyn and to not provide a Neon compatible release of mylyn-extras. It's not "just" a bug fix, it requires some agreement with the mylyn team.
