[~akazakov], I don't know what is the culprit. I had cdk 2.0 with service-manager 1.0.1. I haven't tried 1.0.2. But since Roland is able to reproduce, I'll leave this with him now. Roland, please let me know if I can be of any help - e.g. try something else etc.
