Currently, in ide-config.properties, if no 1.2.3.GA-123456-23455 version is found, we fall back to  1.2.3.GA.
We need to be able to have a more fined-grained fallback on qualifiers:
 .dev-115-maxisstupid-v12323 then
.dev-115-maxisstupid then
.dev-115 then
.dev-115 then
.dev
