"Show In -> Web Browser" indeed did nothing and it was fixed in [JBIDE-21138] by Rob. 
But "Show in -> Web Browser via Livereload" pop-ups the LiveReload window asking if i want to apply the configuration and (re)start the LiveReload server (see [https://github.com/bdshadow/jbosstools-livereload/blob/master/plugins/org.jboss.tools.livereload.ui/src/org/jboss/tools/livereload/ui/internal/command/OpenInWebBrowserViaLiveReloadUtils.java#L92]). Clicking "Yes" leads to 404 page in Web Browser (maybe i just tuned something wrong).
And "Show in -> Web Browser on External device" pop-ups a window with the QR code.

So do they really need to be disabled? If yes, than the reason isn't that they do nothing.
