Please provide steps to do to verify it's working as you'd expect.

"Should provide validation" and "no errors in the log" aren't detailed enough.

Or, check out my PR, build it locally, install from the resulting installer in jbdevstudio-product/installer/target/*.jar, and let me know your results.
