On Windows, if using the installer with the Fuse Runtime and keeping it checked, the installation fails.
i used https://devstudio.redhat.com/10.0/staging/updates/integration-stack/10.0.0.CR1/devstudio-integration-stack-rt-10.0.0.CR1-standalone-installer.jar
