Fixed already in JBDS-4049 and JBIDE-23143. If you're installing from staging you're using AM2. If you're installing from snapshots, you're using AM3. Since you report it works in AM3 (snapshots) and not in AM2 (staging) therefore this is already fixed in AM3.
