I've enabled email notifications when CI PR jobs fail. Mail will be sent to jbosstools-builds at lists.jboss.org and to the individuals who broke the build (assuming that dev-platform-jenkins.rhev-ci-vms.eng.rdu2.redhat.com knows how to map the github commit user to a user on the system, and that system knows that user's email address).
