Could anybody help me with verification please?

When I use the links mentioned above as update site in eclipse the "Docker Tooling Developer Resources" & "Vagrant Tooling Developer Resources" are available here:
[1] http://download.eclipse.org/linuxtools/updates-docker-nightly

and are not available here
[2] http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/targetplatforms/jbosstoolstarget/4.61.0.AM2-SNAPSHOT/
[3] http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/requirements/docker/ (the last build 2.1.0.201608310043)

Where and when should be Docker sources available?
