This is related to OS3. OS2 tests are in maintenance - only issues are fixed, stability is quite ok (sometimes something fails, but not worth of effort make it more stable). OS3 other stability issues are:
- not enough robust secure storage test
- deploy docker image tests (PR is waiting in IT repo, need few changes before merge)
- publish app test - several issues cause by several bugs
- add open JBoss Perspective requirement for tests if running from Eclipse with plugins (not from Devstudio, which has it by default)
