We don't include sources in the published target platforms (because they'd be YUUGE. Very bigly.). 

If you want to build your own TP and include sources, then read this:

But since we don't plan to update the 4.6x target platforms to pull in new Docker Tooling ... this won't be resolveable until we move to Neon.2 or grab docker tooling from Neon.2.RC1/2.
