Right now the RC1 doesn't even start, so... not much we can do here to even replicate. 

It's possible you're experiencing a timeout, and I set server adapter ot started, and then it fails to get any useful data from service-manager because the server never really started. 

[~aurelien.pupier] I'm assuming you're testing on windows?
