[~akazakov] - this is a general issue with the installer on Windows.  The default highlighting (blue in the capture above) appears very dark on WIndows but looks okay on Linux (don't know about Mac).  It should probably be lined up for the release after the current one.  SInce it affects the installer as a whole and is a UX thing it should probably be reassigned.
