[~akazakov] [~scabanovich] Do we have any build based on WTP Neon.1? In other words, can we re-test the issue?

Looking at the research made by [~scabanovich] - I still insist in that bugs [Bug 495625|https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=495625] and [Bug 491751|https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=491751] duplicate each other and we've fixed the problem in WTP Neon.1 (3.8.1) just released.
