Two remarks:

* we should think about Windows workstation ? How to control traffic on those machines ? Windows firewall ?
* It seems to me that DNS traffic is allowed ? I think (at least to mimic the Prudential user case) that common enterprise settings is that all outgoing traffic should be managed by the proxy so DNS resolution should not be done on the dev workstation
