If I have a running IDE and remove SSL certificate in OS3 preference page for an existing OpenShift connection and then I click Refresh in context menu of the connection,  Untrested SSL Certificate shell is shown 22 times. Precisely 22 new Untrested SSL Certificate shells are opened.
