I'm not sure but I think we have a duplicate of this request somewhere in JIRA.
We can't create a server adapter during installation or right after it because the OS server adapter is coupled with OS service/application. Not with OS instance/connection. And there is no any application available after installation. But we could create a service adapter automatically when creating an application.
