Thanks for looking into this.
There's a link at [1] that should work without a SF login.
Yes, the .ear can be valid for EAP, but won't deploy cleanly to EAP-on-Docker.  (The .ear should be copied to a 'deployments' directory, we seem to be getting that part wrong.)
