As I understand we don't need to change our dependencies in VPE. So if VPE installed on Neon.1 then it works. If installed on Neon.0 then it doesn't. We build against the minimum TP which is Neon.0 but we use the max TP which is Neon.1 in our update sites and devstudio. So, I'm resolving this issue for 4.4.2.AM2. Please reopen if I missed something.
