We should have a jenkins that builds [openshift-restclient-java|https://github.com/openshift/openshift-restclient-java], deploys it to repository.jboss.org and triggers a rebuild of the [openshift client plugin|https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-openshift/tree/master/plugins/org.jboss.tools.openshift.client]
