    Steps to Reproduce: 
ASSERT: Have no OpenShift 3 connection in OpenShift Explorer view.
EXEC: Create a CDK server adapter.
EXEC: Start CDK server adapter.
ASSERT: OpenShift 3 and docker connections are created.
EXEC: Select a docker image of the docker connection and select its context menu Deploy to OpenShift...

RESULT: Deploy Image to OpenShift with Sign in to OpenShift wizard page is opened and Finish button is enabled.
EXPECTED RESULT. Deploy Image to OpenShift with Sign in to OpenShift wizard page is opened and Finish button is disabled and Next button is enabled.
