    Steps to Reproduce: 
EXEC: Create a CDK server adapter.
ASSERT: Don't have an OpenShift connection with same username and server as the one being created by the CDK server adapter. If there is such connection, remove it.
ASSERT: There is not an entry 

  was:
- use Development suite installer
- go to tservers view and start the conatainer
- open OpenShift Explorer and check that the connection is valid
- close the studio
- wait expiration of the token (1 day?)
- relaunch the studio
- start the continaer from server view
- go to OpenShift Explorer
--> the connection cannot be established
--> if you try to edit the connection, the field Token is empty
